By using the TTFI Website Portal, whether as a registered user or not, you (referred to as "User," "You," or "Yourself") agree to adhere to these Terms and confirm that you have read and comprehended them. These Terms apply to all users, including "Member Associations," "Member Institutions”,” "Players," "Parents/Guardians of Minor Players," and other "Third Parties."In this document, the term "TTFI" refers to the Table Tennis Federation of India, with its registered office at I-12, 3rd Floor, DSIDC Industrial Complex, Rohtak Road, Delhi-110041. The term refers to the user or visitor of the TTFI website portal.
Your usage of this website is governed by the following terms and conditions:
- General Information: The content on this website is provided for general information purposes only. It may change without prior notice. TTFI reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions as it updates and enhances the site. You are bound by the Terms & Conditions applicable at the time of your site usage.

The TTFI its Payment Service Provider(s) and it affiliates do not provide any representation, whether explicit or implicit, regarding the operation of the Payment Gateway, except as explicitly outlined on the website for this specific purpose. By accepting and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the User explicitly acknowledges that their use of the online payment Service is entirely at their own risk and responsibility.
- Server Problems/Session Timeout: If the Website or the Payment Service Provider's linked webpage is encountering server-related issues such as 'slowdown,' 'failure,' or 'session timeout,' the User should take the following actions before attempting a second payment:
- If the Bank Account shows a debit, the User must refrain from making a duplicate payment and promptly contact us with proof via email or other provided means of communication to verify the payment.
- If the Bank Account has not been debited, the User is free to initiate a new transaction for payment.
However, it is important to note that the Payment Gateway Service Provider and it’s affiliate cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent or duplicate transactions under any circumstances. Consequently, no claims regarding such transactions should be directed to the Payment Gateway Service Provider. Any correspondence received by the Payment Service Provider(s) regarding this matter will not be addressed.
- Limitation of Liability: The TTFI and the Payment Service Provider(s) shall not be held liable for any monetary or other damages incurred by the User due to the following:
- Delays, failures, interruptions, or corruption of data or other information transmitted when using the Payment Gateway or related Services.
- Interruptions or errors in the operation of the Payment Gateway.
- Data Security: The User acknowledges and agrees that personal data, including but not limited to debit card, credit card, online banking details transmitted over the Internet, may be vulnerable to misuse, hacking, theft, or fraud. The TTFI and the Payment Service Provider(s) have no control over such potential threats.
- Security Measures: While every reasonable effort has been made to safeguard against unauthorized use of information transmitted by the User, the TTFI does not guarantee that the use of its Services will be free from data theft or unauthorized use over the Internet.
- No Liability for Performance Issues: The TTFI, the Payment Service Provider(s), and their affiliates and associates shall not be liable for any performance-related issues, including but not limited to failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of information on the Website.
- User ID and Password Responsibility: The User is required to log in using the User ID and Password provided by the TTFI for registration and use on the Website. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User acknowledges the importance of keeping this information secure and confidential and agrees to:
a. Choose a new password as needed for security purposes.
b. Maintain strict confidentiality of the User ID and Password.
c. Be responsible for any transactions carried out by the User using their User ID and Password.
- Credit Card/UPI/Debit Card/ Online Bank Account Information: The User acknowledges that the credit card/debit card, online banking information and other payment details provided for utilizing the mentioned Services must be accurate and lawful. The User must not use a debit/credit card that they do not own or for which they lack authorization from the lawful owner. Furthermore, the User agrees to furnish accurate and valid credit/debit card information. The User may remit fees to the TTFI using credit card, UPI, Payment Wallet or an online banking account. By initiating a payment transaction or providing card/bank details, the User warrants, confirms, and agrees to the following:
- The User is fully entitled, by law, to use the provided credit card, bank account, UPI and Wallet for such transactions.
- The User is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the card/bank account details they provide.
- The User authorizes the debit of the nominated card/bank account for the selected fees, along with any applicable charges.
- The User is responsible for ensuring that there are sufficient funds or credit available in the nominated card/bank account at the time of payment to cover the fees and applicable charges.
- Cancellation Policy: Once the User registers and completes the fee payment through the online Payment Gateway, the transaction cannot be canceled under any circumstances. No refunds will be issued to the User.
- Payment Refund Policy for Online Payments: Refund for Charge Back Transactions: If the User initiates a chargeback claim for any reason, they must promptly contact TTFI with claim details and seek a refund directly from TTFI. Any refunds, if approved, will be processed solely by the TTFI through method determined by the TTFI. No refund or chargeback claims should be made to the Payment Service Provider(s).
- Refund for Fraudulent/Duplicate Transactions: In cases of fraudulent transactions due to the misuse of card/bank details, the User should directly contact us ttfi@ttfi.org
- Your Responsibility: Your use of information or materials from this website is at your own risk. You are responsible for ensuring that any products, services, or information you access through this website meet your specific requirements.
- Copyright Notice: This website's content is owned by or licensed to TTFI, encompassing design, layout, appearance, and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited unless following the copyright notice incorporated into these terms and conditions.
