Online Payment & Cancellation Policy
In our effort to efficiently oversee Indian table tennis players and effectively administer National and International Table Tennis tournaments, TTFI has implemented an online entry system integrated with a payment gateway to facilitate online payments for player registration, renewal, and participation fees in all National Table Tennis Tournaments held in India.
Payment Gateway Disclaimer: The service has been established to provide users with the convenience of making online payments for fees. TTFI, along with its Payment Service Provider(s) and affiliates, does not make any representations, either explicit or implied, regarding the operation of the Payment Gateway, except as explicitly described on the website for this specific purpose. By accepting and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, users explicitly acknowledge that their utilization of the online payment service is entirely at their own risk and responsibility.
Payment Policy:
- The current annual registration fee for players is Rs 1000.
- The renewal fee for players is Rs 500.
- The entry fee for tournament registration varies depending on the tournament, events, players' rank, and participation (ranging from Rs 500 to Rs 8000).
Cancellation Policy: Once payment has been received for registration, renewal, and participation, it cannot be canceled or refunded. However, in exceptional cases, if an overpayment has occurred or due to a compelling medical reason, individuals can request a refund by contacting us at ttfi@ttfi.org with a valid reason.
Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided for payments or fees received for registration, renewal, or participation. Nonetheless, in extraordinary cases, such as overpayments or due to medical grounds, individuals may request a refund by writing to ttfi@ttfi.org with a valid reason.
