Against all odds and expectations, India dominated matters in the junior events, winning titles after titles, in the 2017 Jordar and Junior Cadet Open in Amman, which concluded yesterday.

Snehit, Yashini claim singles gold

 

 It was an Indian show at Amman as Snehit Suravajjula and Yashini Sivasankar beat their Indian opponents Jeet Chandra and Prapti Sen, respectively, in the Junior Boys and Girls finals to claimed gold medals in the 2017 Jordan Junior and Cadet Open.

The Junior Boys team, comprising Manav Thakkar, Jeet Chandra and Manush Shah, ensured at least a bronze medal for India in the 23rd Asian Junior and Cadet Table Tennis Championships at Asan (South Korea) today.
