Indian para players made the country proud, winning two silver and two bronze medals in the Costa Brava Spanish Open Table Tennis Championships, according to reports reaching here.

Sathiyan had a very narrow chance of turning it around but could not overcome a tough Mattias Flack of Sweden in the men singles semi-finals of the ITTF Challenge Plus Oman Open at Muscat today afternoon. The fourth-seeded Indian lost 8-11, 11-7, 9-11, 11-9, 9-11, 11-9, 10-12 and settled for the bronze medal.
