Circular - Transfer Of Players

| It has been observed that Players are transferring from one State to another without the permission of the Federation which is in violation of the regulations. From 1st April, 2011 we have started registration of players. Any player who wishes to get transfer to another state should apply in writing through their respective State Association before 30th April, 2011. The application has to be supported by No Objection Certificate from both the State Associations (i.e. the state from which player wants to get transfer and the state from which player in going to represent in future). These recommendations have to be signed by the State Secretaries. |
| Please ensure that request may be sent latest by 30th April, 2011 this year, otherwise transfer from one state to another will not be entertained. |
