Subject: Elections of the Executive Committee of TTFI.

Dear Mesdames/Sir(s),

You are aware that the elections to the Executive Committee of the Table Tennis Federation of India (“TTFI” hereafter) are being conducted under the order of the Hon’ble Delhi High Court dated 17.10.2022, whereby Justice Vineet Saran (Former Judge of the Supreme Court of India) has been appointed as Returning Officer. The entire election process is being conducted in a most fair and transparent manner by the Ld. Election/Returning Officer following the applicable rules and prescribed procedure. Every step of the election process has been put in the public domain. Every Member Association and Member is expected to fully cooperate with the Ld. Election/Returning Officer and ensure that the election process is completed in an absolutely smooth manner without indulging in any unfair practiceas enshrined under democratic processes of election.

Please stand notified that if any complaint or grievance regarding any person or any aspect of the election, the same should be immediately reported to Justice Vineet Saran, Ld. Election/Returning Officer (justicevineetsaran.ttfi@gmail.com).
