Dear Colleagues, 

 

As per the directive from the ITTF’s Umpires & Referees Committee, with effect from 1st July 2016, all umpires are to use the new hand signals to indicate for illegal services by the players. Appended below is the link to the new hand signals for illegal services.

Please view the video together with the explanatory notes attached.
