We are delighted to announce our development project initiative under the 2024 ITTF Asia Development Program, the 2024 ITTF Mentorship. The ITTF Mentorship serves to support promising and talented coaches, and match officials to enhance their knowledge, skills and significantly contribute to their growth through the established mentoring relationship between the mentor and the mentee.  
 

 

The program will allow mentees to learn from experienced and highly profiled experts in their fields of expertise during an up to four-month-long mentoring program, which will include regular online sessions and relevant monthly assignments, additionally, the project will include a possible face-to-face mentorship for some of the selected candidates. In 2024, the focus remains on two mentorship learning fields (coaching and match officiating), covering four profiles (Able Body Coaching, Para Table Tennis Coaching, Young Umpires, and Evaluators trainee). We strongly encourage you to promote the Program within your Member Association and to support your promising coaches and match officials in applying for this incentive.
