All the players who are participating in Zonal/National Championships are requested to submit their Registration Form for the year 2016, duly filled in and complete in all respects along with a copy of their DoB certificate. 

The Registration form has to be signed by the parents (except in the case of Senior players) and endorsed by the Principal or Headmaster of the school in which the student is studying.  The State Secretaries should also counter-sign in the space provided for in the form. 

The copy of DOB should be attested by the State Secretaries and should be submitted along with the registration forms.

The Registration forms should not be sent by post/courier/mail to the Federation office. The same has to be submitted physically by participants during the first national-level tournament in which they participate along with a Registration fee of Rs.200/-.

The State secretaries are also advised not to send any Registration forms to Federation office. Instead, they should advice the players to carry it with them to the tournament and submit it to the Competition Manager.  

The forms are to be handed over to the Competition Manager at the venue of the first tournament in which a player participates along with the requisite fee.
