Sharth puts India in Champion Division quarters

 

With the main draw place at stake in the Champions Division, A. Sharath Kamal, the top-ranked Indian in the world, led the Indian squad’s march beating Thailand 3-1 in the semifinal of the First Division and enter the final along with DPR Korea who defeated Iran 3-0 in the second semifinal.

DRC re-elected as ATTU treasurer

 

Dhanraj Choudhary, former secretary-general of the Table Tennis of India, was unanimously elected as treasurer of the Asian Table Tennis Union (ATTU) at the AGM held this morning at Wuxi, near Shanghai, in China.

Indian boys and girls shine in Tunisia

 

It was, more or less, an Indian sweep at the Tunisia Open, an ITTF world junior circuit event, held at Rades.

10-member team for Asian TT

 

A 10-member Indian team, led by national champions A. Sharath Kamal and Madhurika Patkar, will participate in the Asian Championships to be held at Wuxi (China), beginning this Sunday.
