Indians finish with silver as Chinese supremacy on view

 

After a fantastic run in the 25th Asian Junior and Cadet Championships, the India’s Junior Boys’ team faltered in the final going down 0-3 to top-seeded China at Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, today.

The Indian boys entered the final of the 22nd Asian Junior and Cadet Table Tennis Championships at Ulaanbaatar today, beating South Korea 3-2 to ensure a silver medal for the team and also directly qualify for the World Junior Championships, to be held at Korat (Thailand) in November this year.
